Ep. 95 – AM30 General Maintenance
This is a morning session for when you aren’t fussed about developing anything new but want to keep your practice on the road. I call it general maintenance as it’s what I do to keep myself together. Maybe you’re a little tired, or busy, or just want something simple. It’s an all-around flow practice with hip and shoulder stretches, sun salutations, standing poses, an inversion, and a bit of backbend. (60 minutes/All levels)
