80 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Playlist

Hey everyone! I get a lot of requests for playlist ideas for different yoga classes, so we’re bringing back the playlist series to help you find the right tunes for the vibe you want to create. This week, Ashley is sharing one of her playlists for a vinyasa yoga class. Enjoy! xo - Candace

This playlist is perfect for 75 minute yoga class, but I always like to make the playlist just a little longer than the actual class, to allow time for students to linger in Savasana or meditation with soothing music in the background. Sometimes I’ll start the playlist before I enter the classroom, just as a cue for students that class is starting soon, so any conversation has time to come to an end. I usually turn off the music for my greeting and centering, then once we start moving, I press play. I’ve used the following playlist in vinyasa and hatha style classes. I love practicing and teaching to music with no lyrics, but I know my students love to hear some of their favorites while they’re on the mat, so you’ll get a bit of both in this list.
