New Classes in the YBC® Online Membership

A new month means a new drop of exclusive yoga, beginner workouts and meditation videos at YBC® Online Membership which launched in January this year. The YBC® Online Membership is designed for people who solely want to focus on yoga (whereas the YBC® App is more workout and lifestyle focused). The video content posted each month on the YBC® Online Membership platform is exclusive, and contains full yoga classes (at least 60 minutes), beginner-oriented workouts designed for yogis looking to build strength to complement the practice, and guided meditations.

Online Yoga Membership

There are two membership tiers: Basic and Premium. Each month, each tier gets a new round of classes to include the following:

  • Basic Tier, $9.99/mo

    • 1 Full, 60+ Min Yoga Classes

    • 1 Guided Meditation

    • 1 Beginner Workout

  • Premium Tier, $19.99/mo

    • 4 Full, 60+ Min Yoga Classes

    • 2 Beginner Workouts

    • 1 Guided Meditation

This month, we are dropping the following brand new videos:

  • Hip Opener Yoga for Tight Hamstrings

  • Feel Good Vinyasa

  • Hatha Style Hip, Low Back, and Leg Release Class

  • Best of Both Worlds Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga

  • Upper Body Yoga Workout

  • Total Body Workout

  • Guided Meditation to De-Stress

Both tiers retain access to previous months’ content. So, if you join today, you’ll also get access to all of the other videos from January through July. So far, the Basic Tier has a library of 24 practices, and the Premium Tier has 56.
